Experience

Clínicas – (Invite Only)

The clínicas at the Biennial of the Americas are facilitated, peer-to-peer workshops that provide an opportunity for a curated group of invited leaders in a particular field to interact with other influential thought leaders on a variety of topics. The clínicas are designed to address today’s most pressing issues in the Americas convening experts from different disciplines, perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences to explore innovative and audacious approaches to each issue.

Each three-hour clínica is singularly designed, professionally facilitated, and centered around a key topic that lies within the Biennial’s theme. Each clínica will result in a Platform for Action that contains recommended next steps, which will be distributed and publicized by the Biennial.

During the 2015 Biennial of the Americas in Denver, the clínica discussions will include facilitated break-out sessions and informal networking time, culminating with the creation of the Platform for Action in each clínica.

Invites for clínica participants will start to go out in January. We are still processing everyone’s recommendations and conducting additional research. Thank you to all who have completed the survey and submitted suggestions to us. The survey is still open, so please continue to submit suggestions!

If you have any questions in the meantime, please contact Meegan Moszynski.
