Kimberlee is the Grants & Impact Specialist at the Biennial of the Americas, where she leads efforts to secure funding and demonstrate the organization’s value through compelling storytelling, data, and community engagement. With a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master of Science in Student Affairs in Higher Education with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Culture from Miami University, Kimberlee has built a career rooted in advancing equity and inclusion across sectors.
Her background in higher education includes supporting underrepresented and first-generation college students and cultivating spaces of cultural empathy and belonging. She also brings entrepreneurial experience from six years as a small business owner, where she developed strong skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and creative problem-solving.
Kimberlee previously served on the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce Associate Board, where she helped lead events and deepen community connections. At the Biennial, she now plays a key role in fundraising, impact evaluation, and strategic communications, helping the organization grow its local reach, celebrate cultural contributions, and clearly communicate its community impact.
