Bill Peffer is a senior partner at Sherman & Howard L.L.C., a Denver-based law firm with offices around the Western United States. Bill's practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and commercial lending, representing clients in cable/telecommunications, aerospace, banking and finance, and sustainability transactions, and frequently serving as outside general counsel to start-ups and private companies.

Originally from Iowa, Bill graduated from University of Colorado-Boulder with two majors in History and Political Science and two minors in Business Administration and Economics, and received his JD form University of Iowa College of Law in 2009. Bill lives in Denver with his wife Mary Beth their two daughters, Allison (3) and Isabel (1). In his increasingly diminishing free time, Bill enjoys mountain biking, skiing, cooking, and Jeopardy!
