Emma Lancaster is a senior arts professional with a special focus on events, exhibitions, and community engagement. She is a 30-year industry veteran with extensive scope of responsibility, proven success, and track record of providing communications, fundraising, and event production advice and execution; drafting plans and strategic priorities for a wide variety of clients; and pairing audiences, sponsors, funders, and artists with partners to help them reach mutual goals.

She has worked with a who’s who of Vancouver arts organizations, including Bard on the Beach Shakespeare Festival, the Arts Club, Vancouver Opera, the Cultch, DanceHouse, Vancouver Latin American Cultural Centre, the Firehall Arts Centre, Coastal Jazz and Blues Society, NewWorks, Music on Main, the PuSh Festival, and many more. She's currently the Executive Director of the Eastside Arts Society, producers of the iconic Eastside Culture Crawl and the Eastside Arts Festival.
