Jeffrey Busby

Jeffrey Busby is an accomplished transportation executive with extensive experience in overseeing major transit projects and infrastructure development. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at TransLink since November 2009, responsibilities include managing a $17 billion asset portfolio and a $700 million annual capital program aimed at enhancing regional transportation initiatives. Previous roles within TransLink involved directing transit project planning and implementation, managing multi-modal transportation networks, and leading engineering and infrastructure management teams. Before TransLink, experiences included strategic planning for the Chicago Transit Authority and consulting for PB Consult. Jeffrey Busby holds a Master of Science in Transportation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
