Tyler Coombe is a partner with the international law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP, practicing law in the firm’s Global Anti-Corruption Practice, White Collar Defense & Investigations Practice, and Latin America Practice. He works with a broad array of companies and people across multiple industries, having represented large, medium, and small U.S. and international corporations in numerous internal investigations and compliance matters, including matters involving Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and UK Bribery Act compliance in over 15 countries on five continents. Tyler has deep experience conducting corruption- and integrity-related investigations, risk assessments and compliance evaluations, performing pre- and post-acquisition due diligence and integration, and partnering with clients to design, build, and implement state-of-the-art compliance programs.
