Tribes on the Edge
A documentary produced by CauseCentric Productions, directed and produced by Céline Cousteau – explores the timely topics of land threats, health crises, and human rights issues of indigenous peoples, expanding the view to how this is relevant to our world. More than a film, it has grown into movement driven by a passionate effort to enact tangible impact in the Javari through education, advocacy, and activism initiatives.
Paris to Pittsburgh
From coastal cities to America’s heartland, Paris to Pittsburgh celebrates how Americans are demanding and developing real solutions in the face of climate change. And as the weather grows more deadly and destructive, they aren’t waiting on Washington to act.
Fundamental Film Series
Fundamental is a character-driven documentary film series presented in five short episodes. Each episode follows compelling women activists who are leading powerful movements for change and gives viewers a window into the many ways rising threats to human rights shape the public and private lives of women around the world.
Empathy is the ability to step outside one's own perspective to identify with the experiences of others. How can art support us in developing this skill? Clyfford Still left his art open to interpretation and believed that his audience's ideas of the work revealed much about the inner-workings of each unique viewer. Art can prompt us to tell stories, to make connections, and to discover new perspectives. Join us on this special tour as we use Still's art to explore the experiences and interpretations of others and together build the skill of empathy.
