Arpie Chucovich
Chief Development Officer | Denver Art Museum
Arpie Chucovich is Chief Development Officer at the Denver Art Museum. She joined the museum leadership in 2009 to oversee the fundraising and events department. She led the $230 million campaign to complete the museum campus and renovate the Lanny and Sharon Martin Building which reopened in 2021.
Since 2000, she has focused her career on expanding fundraising capacities and building sustainable business models for organizations which included the Denver International School, the Museum of Contemporary Art, and Denver Film.
Arpie holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Colorado, Denver. She practiced at major architectural firms such as C.W. Fentress and Hoover Berg Desmond before joining Architecture Denver as a partner where she was responsible for renovations including the Equitable Building, new retail buildings such as Mike’s Camera at Park Meadows, and planning the expansion of 16th Street to Riverfront Park and West Denver.
