Bonnie Gross

Social Investments Manager | Excel Energy

Bonnie Gross is the Manager of Social Investments at Xcel Energy, where she oversees the company’s nonprofit engagement and the Xcel Energy Foundation grant program in Colorado. Her team produces the Power Your Purpose Employee Giving Campaign and Xcel Energy’s Day of Service, the company’s largest corporate volunteer event.

Prior to joining Xcel Energy, Bonnie spent fifteen years working in the nonprofit sector at organizations including the Downtown Denver Partnership and the San Francisco General Hospital Foundation.

Bonnie is a Korean adoptee and grew up in Littleton, Colorado. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder and is a proud alum of the Leadership Foundation’s Impact Denver and Leadership Fellows programs.

Passionate about community service and giving back, Bonnie was honored with the 2024 Brian Smith Award for Outstanding Community Leadership by Mile High United Way. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Park People and Mile High Youth Corp and the Colorado VOAD Advisory Board.

Bonnie is an avid Broncos fan and loves exploring Denver’s coffee shops with her rescue dog, Archie.
