As the founder of Leigh Sullivan Enterprises (LSE), a boutique public relations and brand strategy firm, she has built a reputation for launching standout brands, crafting unforgettable narratives, and redefining what it means to create meaningful impact in the luxury, lifestyle, and nonprofit spaces.
A third-generation Coloradan, Leigh started at SullivanHayes, working alongside her father, absorbing the ins and outs of real estate and hospitality. She co-founded several acclaimed restaurants under the Sullivan Restaurant Group—including FIVE, TAG, and nine75—helping shape Denver’s modern dining scene and establishing herself as a creative powerhouse with an instinct for what’s next.
That same creative intuition now drives the work at LSE, where trends aren’t followed—they’re created. From organizing sold-out charity galas like Mutts N Models to amplifying the missions of nonprofits like Firefly Autism, Leigh brings heart, polish, and purpose to every campaign. Her diverse client roster spans restaurants, real estate developers, wellness brands, and philanthropic organizations—drawn to LSE’s signature blend of high-touch strategy, deep community ties, and bold, memorable storytelling.
Leigh also serves as Principal Managing Partner at The Sullivan Group, a construction fee development company she runs with her husband, Travis—carrying forward her family’s legacy of growth and innovation.
Outside the office, she continues to build and create. She co-founded Cannolo Family Farms, a gourmet mushroom company serving restaurants across Colorado, and is launching YMA. This chef-driven spice blend brand brings irreverence and edge to the spice aisle. A proud mom, grandmother, and co-founder of Pepper’s Senior Dog Sanctuary, Leigh’s work is fueled by love—for family, food, community, and dogs who just need a second chance.
