Alissa started her banking career in 2016 at Alpine Bank. Prior to working in banking, Alissa was a high school math teacher for three years. Alissa manages the Union Station branch and day-to-day operations. Her responsibilities include all loan, deposit, and retail functions for Alpine Bank Union Station. Alissa currently serves as Vice Chair and board member for Public Education and Business Coalition (PEBC). She serves on various committees for PEBC, works closely with Gold Crown Foundation, and recently completed the Downtown Denver Partnership Leadership Program.

Alissa grew up in Rifle, CO and graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics. Alissa also graduated from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking Program at University of Pennsylvania and Leadership Program through the Wharton School in 2024.
