Andrea Lovelady is a seasoned leader at EY, where she serves as Partner and leads the firm’s office in Denver. In her role, Andrea oversees a diverse team of professionals delivering audit, tax, transaction and advisory services with the depth of EY’s global network and the agility of local engagement. 

With more than two decades of experience in professional services, Andrea is known for her strategic mindset, collaborative leadership style and commitment to client success. A trusted advisor to organizations across industry sectors, she guides clients through complex business challenges including growth strategies, risk mitigation and regulatory change.

Prior to her current role, Andrea built a strong foundation within EY across multiple markets, including significant leadership responsibilities in Dallas before relocating to Denver. In stepping into the office leadership role, she emphasized the importance of inclusive culture and connection to the local community. 

Beyond her client work, Andrea is an active contributor to the business and civic community in the Denver region. She is engaged in initiatives aimed at advancing talent development, diversity and inclusion and strengthening regional economic vitality.
