Nancy Tuor is a seasoned engineering executive with more than 40 years in the industry, including 33 years with CH2M Hill, where she held a variety of project and executive positions. She served as President of the Federal Client Group, which included the environmental, nuclear, and government facilities business units, and as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors. With the joint venture of Kaiser-Hill, she served as COO and CEO of the 10-year accelerated closure of the Rocky Flats nuclear weapons production facility. She aslo was program manager for the development of the MASDAR sustainable new town in the United Arab Emirates. She is currently an independent director on the private company boards of IMA Financial Group in Denver and Terracon in Kansas City. She served 8 years on the Board of Governors for Colorado State University and currently chairs the CSU System Board. In addition, she is on the National Western Stock Show board and has conducted two assessments of the National Western Center development program for the Denver Mayor's office during Mayor Michael Hancock's term. By qualification Nancy is an economist and environmental planner, and a recognized leader in the field of program management and environmental sustainability. She is a current lecturer at the University College of London's Major Infrastructure Management MBA program.
