Andrea Blankenship is the Deputy Director of International Sales for the Colorado Tourism Office, a position she has held since 2016. She leads global efforts to promote Colorado to media, travel trade, and consumers, working closely with international representatives.

Andrea brings over two decades of experience in airline sales and marketing, including leadership roles with Lufthansa, where she helped launch the first nonstop Frankfurt–Denver route, and later served in senior positions across North America. She also expanded her expertise in domestic and low-cost aviation as Director of Sales for Frontier Airlines.

A Minnesota native, Andrea holds degrees in International Business and German from St. Cloud State University and an Executive MBA from the University of Denver. She is passionate about travel and enjoys Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle.
