Elizabeth brings more than two decades of leadership experience building trust-driven organizations and scaling mission-focused teams. Her background in nonprofit leadership shaped a relationship-first approach to growth—one grounded in accountability, collaboration, and long-term impact.

At BTE Roofing Systems, she leads growth initiatives, marketing, and business development with a focus on sustainable expansion. She also integrates corporate social responsibility and community engagement into BTE’s growth strategy, ensuring the company’s success is connected to the communities it serves. Known for translating big-picture vision into practical momentum, Elizabeth helps position BTE as a trusted partner where strong relationships—and strong roofs—are Built To Endure.

Born and raised in Denver, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, always finding ways to stay active, engaged, and happy together. She is proud to serve on the boards of directors for First Tee – Colorado Rocky Mountains, Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce and CWCC Foundation, and serves as a DPS Career Coach.
