Iffie Jennings is Director of Strategy, Outreach, and Advocacy at Xcel Energy in Colorado, where she works at the intersection of community trust, equity, and utility service. She leads wildfire community engagement and preparedness efforts, equity-centered outreach for disproportionately impacted and income-qualified customers, and the company's social investment initiatives, all with a commitment to ensuring community voices shape the programs and policies that affect them most.

Iffie is the driving force behind Xcel's R.E.D. Truck initiative, a mobile outreach unit that brings Resources, Education, and Delivered services directly into neighborhoods across Colorado, meeting residents where they are.

Beyond her role at Xcel, she serves on the boards of Hunger Free Colorado, the Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce, and the Children's Museum of Denver. She holds a bachelor's degree from Colorado State University and an MBA from Regis University.
