Justin Petrochko serves as Senior Manager of Community & Market Impact at United Airlines, leading the airline’s philanthropic strategy, volunteer engagement, and strategic community partnerships in Colorado and Hawaii. He drives initiatives that strengthen local communities while aligning with United’s broader social impact goals.

Before joining United, Justin spent 13 years in the nonprofit sector, leading mission-driven teams and building cross-sector partnerships across food security, affordable housing, adaptive sports, and international development—including meaningful work in Ethiopia. Transitioning to the corporate sector has given him a well-rounded perspective on how businesses and communities can create shared value, aligning business priorities with community needs.

Justin holds a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Colorado Denver. A proud Coloradan of 18 years, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Marissa, and their three daughters, embracing Colorado’s natural beauty and outdoor culture.
