She partners with senior leaders to advance key business initiatives, translate complex topics into clear strategies, and drive alignment across global teams.

Previously, Kim led Corporate Communications, where she built and executed enterprise-wide strategies that strengthened culture, enhanced employee engagement, and elevated brand reputation. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, ability to influence across all levels, and passion for creating inclusive, people-centered organizations. Kim has also served as a Board Member for the Zane Beadles Parade Foundation, supporting strategic planning and community impact.
