Lexi Muller is the Senior Regional Manager of Community Engagement for Southwest Airlines. Lexi oversees Southwest’s strategic vision over Colorado to advance the company’s philanthropic commitment to sustainability, citizenship, and workforce development. During her 15 years with the company, Lexi has overseen Southwest Airlines’ Brand Communications, Experiential Marketing & Sponsorships, and Brand Identity & Governance.

She has more than a decade’s experience of developing strong and impactful relationships with nonprofits, local governments, Fortune 100 companies, professional sports teams, and music properties. She has experience spanning across brand strategy, advertising and content development, broadcast production, experiential marketing, sponsorships, communications, corporate giving, employee engagement & volunteerism, and branding.

Active in the community, Lexi is on the Boards of Downtown Denver Partnership and WorldDenver. She sits on the advisory board of Make-A-Wish Colorado. Lexi was awarded Denver Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2025. She is the Colorado Women’s Chamber Champion in 2025 and Southwest Airlines President’s Award recipient in 2025.

Lexi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Markets & Culture from Southern Methodist University (SMU). She lives in Colorado, is an avid hiker and spends as much time outside in nature as she can.
