Natriece Bryant currently serves as the Strategic Advisor for WSP, where she develops and implements strategic plans for infrastructure projects across the country. She analyzes market trends and regulatory landscapes to develop comprehensive plans for transportation, infrastructure projects, urban and community development plans, environmental plans, and asset management. She provides budgetary guidance, financial modeling to assess project feasibility, and cost estimates and return on investment calculations. Some of my key clients have been the Illinois Tollway, The Colorado Governor’s Office, Colorado Department of Transportation, City and County of Denver – Department of Transportation & Infrastructure, Maryland Department of Transportation, the State of Rhode Island, and the Colorado Public-Private Partnership Office.

Natriece has held roles as the Chief Operations Officer for the Denver Public Library, where she oversaw all construction and redevelopment efforts for 27 libraries, the fleet of vehicles, and technology programs for the organization.

I was previously the Director of State Property Division for the State of Colorado in the Department of Personnel and Administration where I oversaw all programs and projects for the state that are in relation to public private partnerships to include affordable housing, early childcare, behavioral/mental health capacity expansion and broadband expansion for state assets.

I have also managed State IT programs, define statewide technology strategies, interagency communications and statewide technology communication policies, and projects for Colorado. I have managed all operations for affordable housing, local government, policy, property taxation and assessment appeals statewide. I also served as the State Complete Count Committee Chair for the 2020 Census.

While working in state government, I also worked with the financial businesses on regulatory implementations. I am well versed in business operations for both private sector and public sector, including lean initiatives and implementation of strategic plans. I have three master’s degrees in business administration, Sociology and Criminal Justice. I also have a bachelor’s degree in communications.
