Todd Glanzer is a Managing Director in the Deloitte Consulting Government and Public Services practice. He has over 30 years of leadership experience in advanced information technology and cybersecurity operations across demanding technology environments. Todd advises state and local government clients on innovative and secure solutions to support digital government services to its citizens.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Todd completed a distinguished military career as a Colonel in the U.S. Air Force. In his final military position, he served as the principal advisor to the Air Force Chief Information Officer leading the Air Force’s cyber workforce development program for over 54,000 cyber professionals. He also held senior leadership positions at the National Security Agency and on the leadership team of the cyber headquarters organization responsible for operating and defending the Air Force’s global enterprise network.

Todd and his wife, Lisa, live in Lakewood, Colorado.
