Kim Rapagna is the Global Director, ESG at TELUS Digital, bringing extensive experience in environmental, social, and governance leadership. Their background demonstrates a strong focus on sustainability strategy and corporate responsibility across diverse sectors.
At Canada Post Corporation, Kim served as General Manager, Corporate Sustainability and ESG, and previously as Sustainability & Environmental Policy Director, Corporate. Their work history includes leading sustainability initiatives and shaping environmental policy within a major logistics and transportation organization.
Prior to Canada Post, Kim held the position of Senior Manager, Sustainability at CN, where they led a high-performing team in the delivery of CN’s world class Delivering Responsibly strategy. Their tenure at CN reflects a commitment to sustainability within the rail transportation sector.
Earlier in their career, Kim was the Head Sustainability Customer Service Representative at Target, contributing to sustainability efforts within the retail environment. Before Target, they served as Sustainability Manager at Kraft Foods Group, demonstrating applied knowledge of sustainability practices within the manufacturing industry. Their experience also includes serving as Manager, Corporate Environmental Affairs at TD, supporting environmental stewardship within the banking sector.
Kim's commitment to environmental conservation is further exemplified by their role as Conservation Program Coordinator at WWF-Canada, where they coordinated multi-million-dollar conservation programs and engaged industry to create global market-based solutions to environmental challenges. They also serve as a Member of the Board of Directors at Forests Ontario, contributing to the organization's financial oversight as part of the Finance Committee.
Kim's educational background includes Executive Education in Corporate Social Responsibility from Harvard Business School and a degree in Political Science & School of Community and Public Affairs (SCPA) from Concordia University. They also hold a Global ESG Competent Boards Designation from Competent Boards.
