A pioneer in the Creative and Cultural Industries Fabrega has worked in the field of creativity for 25 years starting important festivals, art fairs and strengthening the creative ecosystem in Panama and the region. He is the founder of several companies including NEOLOGY a world class consulting firm and Diablo Rosso one of the top art galleries in the region and just started Oro de Caña a spirits distillery. Fabrega is a Fellow of the Aspen Institute and he is currently The National Secretary for the Creative Economy at the Ministry of Culture of Panama.
