Ana Irene Delgado is the Ambassador and Permanent Representative of the Republic of Panama to the Organization of American States (OAS). She is an attorney with a strong academic background, including a summa cum laude Bachelor of Laws and Political Science from Universidad Santa María La Antigua, a Bachelor of International Affairs with a specialization in Economics from Florida State University, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from New York University.

Throughout her career, she has held prominent diplomatic positions, including Ambassador of Panama to the United Kingdom and Ireland, and Permanent Representative to the International Maritime Organization. She brings extensive experience in legal practice, the private sector, and public administration, and has been an active participant in academic, professional, and multilateral organizations at the international level.
