Niurka Montero is an electronic engineer with an MBA in marketing and more than two decades of experience at Dell Technologies, where she has held leadership roles across various segments and regions in Latin America.

Since 2021, she has served as General Manager of Dell Technologies Panama — the first Panamanian woman to hold the position — leading an operation of more than 2,000 employees and one of Dell’s most important global services centers in the region, while simultaneously overseeing the commercial sales strategy for Central America and the Caribbean.

She is the former President of AmCham Panama (2025–2026) and has been a member of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement Panama since 2018. She has been recognized among the most influential women in business in Central America and among the 50 leaders with the strongest reputation in Panama.
