Jess serves as the Vice President, Senior Regional Community Relations Manager for BOK Financial. In this role she oversees community relations, local marketing, partnerships, client engagement and executive project management.

In her prior role, as the director of B:CIVIC and CSR, Jess assisted 150+ local and global companies with their CSR, sustainability, social impact and employee engagement strategies. Jess brings extensive experience empowering employees, creating change and helping companies foster their mission with core business strategies while engaging all stakeholders. This is complimented by her experience leading an Advisory Board of Directors and working within a Chamber of Commerce, building relationships and strategically aligning with the business case.

Notable initiatives include the annual B:CIVIC Summit, the Colorado Companies Uniting Against Racism pledge, the first statewide version of The Civic 50 (Civic 50 Colorado), and collaborative responses to the Boulder County Wildfires.

Jess is an alum of the Certification in Social Impact and Sustainability from CU, Sustainable Business Strategy Certification from HBX, Impact Denver and Leadership Fellows from the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation and Colorado Inclusive Economy.
