John is the General Counsel of Liberty Latin America. He is responsible for oversight of all legal matters affecting Liberty Latin America and risk management within the company, including legal support for corporate governance, financial reporting, litigation, mergers & acquisitions and commercial contracts, regulatory and general compliance.

John was previously with Liberty Global which he joined in 2013 Legal where he was responsible for various legal matters, including legal support for financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, compliance and governance.

Prior to join Liberty, John was a partner with the law firm Baker Botts L.L.P. in New York, New York. While John is from New York, he now lives in Denver with his wife and two daughters.
