Kelli Clifton Ogunsanya is a healthcare executive, published author, entrepreneur, and champion for women in the workplace. As Chief Operating Officer of Delta Dental of Colorado—the state's leading dental benefits company serving over 1.8 million Coloradans—she oversees Customer Experience, Claims and Clinical, Digital Transformation, Provider Network Management, Business Operations, and Information Technology.

A proven turnaround leader, Kelli has built her career driving operational excellence and health equity across some of the nation's most complex healthcare environments, including STRIDE Community Health Center, Optum (UnitedHealthcare Group), PwC, and The Advisory Board Company. Her portfolio spans a $20M COVID-19 lab reporting system serving 40 million Californians, 70,000+ COVID-19 vaccines administered to underserved communities, and a landmark international Ebola vaccine trial.

Kelli is the author of Madame Millennial: 100 Tips to Help the Modern Woman Master Work, Life & Everything In Between and the founder of Melabebe, a plant-based family skincare brand recognized by Amazon, HSN, and Target's Forward Founders Accelerator. A sought-after speaker, mentor, and adjunct professor, she is deeply committed to helping women advance and lead with purpose.

She serves as Board Chair of Girl Scouts of Colorado and on the boards of Denver Health Medical Plan and the Denver Public Schools Foundation. Kelli earned her BS in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her MHA from The Ohio State University College of Public Health, and has worked internationally in South Africa, Liberia, and Ethiopia.
