Rita Aguilar serves as Senior Vice President at Denver International Airport leading the Government Affairs & Global Public Policy Division and as a trusted member of DEN’s Senior Leadership Team. Rita provides strategic leadership, global public policy subject matter expertise and guidance, and holistic collaboration and coordination with a focus on multi-sector stakeholders and government officials at all levels (local, state, regional, federal, and international) to advance global strategy and innovation priorities.

Rita is a national thought leader, advocate, and strategic partner with more than 20 years of mission-driven experience. This includes more than a decade in senior legal, legislative, policy, regulatory, business, and management leadership roles, including multiple tenures at the White House and the U.S. Department of Justice, as well as other government agencies and national, nonpartisan nonprofits. Rita earned a B.A. from Southwestern University, a J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law, and a LL.M from the University of Edinburgh Law School, Scotland.
