Ryan McCullough is a Partner in McKinsey’s Agriculture & Food Practice, based in Denver, with the firm for 15 years. Ryan serves clients across the food & agriculture value chain on strategy, digital & advanced analytics, food security, and agtech.

He leads McKinsey's community engagement initiatives in Colorado, including leading the firm's probono partnership with the Colorado Housing Consortium in 2025 and is a member of the Advisory Board of CSU's College of Agricultural Sciences.

He and his wife Michelle also spend time in Costa Rica with their 3 sons, including a year of Spanish immersion during this 2025-26 school year, right around the corner from Panama!
