Tyler Coombe is a shareholder with the international law firm Greenberg Traurig and member of the firm's Latin America Practice and White Collar Defense & Investigations Practice, focusing on anti-corruption, financial crimes, corporate internal investigations, and compliance. Tyler has represented U.S. and foreign corporations in numerous investigations and compliance matters, including cases involving Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and UK Bribery Act compliance in over 15 countries on five continents. Tyler has deep experience conducting risk assessments and compliance evaluations, performing M&A pre- and post-acquisition due diligence and integration, and partnering with clients to design, build, and implement effective anti-corruption compliance programs. Tyler has also served as a member of the Biennial of the Americas board of directors for the past four years.
