Our March 2026 roundtable centers mushrooms as a powerful lens through which to examine regenerative agriculture. From regenerative farms and mycelial networks to food sovereignty and wellness, the discussion will consider how mushroom-based practices are reshaping relationships between land, labor, and healing. Grounded in both ancestral knowledge and contemporary science, this roundtable invites participants to rethink agriculture and health as interconnected systems, and to explore how regenerative approaches can nourish ecosystems, economies, and communities alike across the Americas.
